Update: Perry Vetoes University Health Care Coverage Bill--from the Daily Texan

Continuing our coverage of what's going on in Texas university healthcare, it is necessary to provide this update:  Governor Perry vetoed the healthcare bill, despite the fact that it passed in the state's hours and senate 143-4 and 27-4, respectively.
